RECRUITERS CALL ON GOVERNMENT TO DO MORE TO ATTRACT OVERSEAS GPS
As recruiters call on the government to do more to attract overseas GPs, our Operations Director Olivia Spruce, tells ‘Recruiter‘ she has concerns over whether the additional funding will be made available so that the government can meet its target of overseas GPs.

GOVERNMENT FACES CHALLENGE IN MEETING TARGET FOR RECRUITING OVERSEAS GPS
“To employ 2,500 foreign GPs over a 3.5-year timescale, among only eight agencies, which haven’t been awarded yet – the tender process has only just started – is highly ambitious, and fees of around £20,000 per GP feels very speculative.”
