Our Client Relationship Director, Roland Sheehan will be taking part in his annual Triathlon to raise money for charity. This year he will be competing in the Jailbreak Triathlon in Cohb, Ireland, to raise money for our charity of the year – Cavell Nurses Trust.
The Triathlon consists of a 1500m swim from the former prison island of Spike to Cobh on the great island, a 40km relatively flat, fast and technical cycle, followed by a flat scenic 10k run along the waterfront. This is a one of kind race in this part of the country – where else do you get to “jailbreak” from a former prison island across the world’s second largest natural harbour!

Cavell Nurses’ Trust
TFS Healthcare is thrilled to have partnered with Cavell Nurses’ Trust as our Charity of the Year. Cavell Nurses’ Trust provides support for UK nurses, midwives and healthcare assistants, both working and retired, when they’re suffering personal or financial hardship – often because of illness, disability, domestic abuse and the effects of older age.
