For the third year running, we are pleased to announce we have received a 3 star accreditation from Best Companies which is their highest accolade.
As we have continued to grow over the past few years we have seen the TFS Healthcare team grow to almost 100 employees with both NHS and private sector clients across the UK. We were once again featured in the Top 500 Recruitment Companies in the UK as well as being named as ‘The Rising Star’ for 2016 by Recruitment International.
Towards the end of 2016 94% of our employees completed the ‘Be Heard’ survey which is produced by Best Companies. There are a sequence of questions that fall under a number of categories including ‘My Manager’, ‘My Company’, ‘Wellbeing’ and ‘My Team’. We encourage complete honesty as all answers are anonymous and contribute to our index score – for the third year running our highest score was for ‘Leadership’ which reflects the hard work and rapport our Managing Director, Ben Cambage, has with his employees.
As previously mentioned we received 3 stars which is seen as ‘Extraordinary’ and we look forward to hearing if we’ve been lucky enough to be featured in the Top 100 Small Companies to Work For 2017 in February.
